Rebecca Noecker

Rebecca Noecker is serving her second term as St. Paul City Councilmember for Ward 2. She spent her early career teaching in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with Teach for America, and served as a program officer at the Baton Rouge Area Foundation and Teach For India, and as director of community engagement at AchieveMpls. Rebecca holds a BA in social studies from Harvard University.
